We loved the open living room and private pool in our villa. The maintenance and housekeeping were excellent, and the sautéed chicken cordon blue was delicious. The hotel provided a car with trustworthy drivers at reasonable prices. The staff, including the manager and butlers, were attentive and made our holiday memorable. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the villa felt safe and secure.

The young receptionists went out of their way to assist me with any requests I had, whether it was planning day trips or ordering food. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping my room spotless every day, and the team delivering food to my accommodation were always friendly and set up a lovely table for dinner. The peaceful location just outside of Jimbaran was perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet still close enough to all the attractions. I highly recommend this villa to couples and small families.
